01Who we are

ShakeDown sells fiber-rich nutrition shakes online and ships within Pakistan. We operate from C 35, Block C, North Nazimabad, Karachi, Pakistan.

02What we collect

We only collect what an order or an enquiry actually needs.

• Orders: your name, phone number, delivery address, any delivery notes, and the items you bought. An email address if you give us one — it is optional, and we use it to send your order confirmation.
• Payment: which method you chose. For bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa orders we also store the reference you enter and the payment screenshot you upload. We never see or store your card number, PIN, or banking password — those stay with your bank or wallet app.
• Contact form: your name, message and subject, plus the email or phone number you want a reply on.
• Reviews: the name and city you submit are published with the review. If you leave an email address it stays private and is only used to check the review is genuine.
• How you reached us: the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link, and whether you are on mobile or desktop.
• Contact taps: when you tap WhatsApp, our phone number or our email address, we record which channel it was, which page you were on, and whether you were on mobile or desktop. No name or number is attached to that record.
• Your cart: kept in your own browser's storage, not on our servers, until you check out.

03Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising cookies of its own. Your cart is stored in your browser, and if you are signed in to the admin area a session cookie keeps you signed in.

When analytics are switched on we load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel, which set their own cookies and record page views, products viewed and purchases. These do not run on the admin area. You can block them with your browser's cookie settings or an ad blocker without losing the ability to shop — nothing on the site depends on them.

04Why we hold it

• To take payment, pack your order and get it delivered.
• To answer your messages and sort out problems with an order.
• To keep proper business and tax records of what was sold.
• To spot fraud and abuse — repeated fake orders, coupon abuse, and similar.
• To understand which products and pages people actually use, so we can improve the shop.

05Order lookup by phone number

So you can check on an order without an account, our tracking page will find your most recent order from your phone number, and the checkout can pre-fill your delivery address the same way.

That means anyone who knows your phone number could see the address attached to it. We rate-limit lookups to make guessing numbers impractical, and the address pre-fill can be switched off entirely. If you would rather it were off for your number, tell us and we will remove the stored address from your past orders.

06Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We do pass on what is needed to the services that make the shop work:

• The courier that delivers your parcel — your name, address and phone number.
• Your bank or wallet provider, if you pay by transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
• Our email provider, to send you order confirmations and replies.
• Our image hosting provider, which stores product photos and any payment screenshot you upload.
• Our database host, where orders, messages and reviews are stored.
• Google and Meta, when analytics are switched on, as described above.
• Anyone we are legally required to disclose to — a court, a regulator, or a tax authority.

07How long we keep it

• Orders and payment records: kept as business and tax records. Ask us and we will remove your address and contact details from old orders where we are still able to.
• Contact messages: kept while we deal with them, then archived.
• Reviews: published reviews stay up unless you ask us to take yours down.
• Contact taps and analytics: kept in aggregate. They carry no name or number.

08How we protect it

The site runs over HTTPS. The admin area sits behind a login and is not indexed by search engines. Credentials for our email and image providers are stored encrypted, and admin passwords are stored only as hashes — nobody at ShakeDown can read your password or ours.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.

09Your choices

Write to info@shakedown.pk from the address or phone number on the order and you can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you.
• Correct anything wrong — a misspelled name, an old address.
• Delete your details, except where we have to keep a record of a completed sale.
• Take down a review you left.
• Stop contacting you.

10Children

The shop is not aimed at children, and orders should be placed by someone aged 18 or over. ShakeDown is not intended for children, and adolescents should speak to a doctor and dietitian before using it.

11Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
