The terms you agree to when you order from ShakeDown — pricing, payment, delivery, and the limits of what we promise.

By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order.
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
You must be 18 or over and ordering for yourself or someone you are authorised to order for.
We deliver within Pakistan only. We do not ship internationally.
ShakeDown is a fiber-rich nutrition shake mix. It is a food product, not a medicine, and it is not a protein supplement.
We describe the nutrition, ingredients and allergens as accurately as we can, and the pack itself is the definitive source. Photographs are representative; packaging and pouch design change from time to time.
Nothing on this site is medical or dietetic advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from your own doctor or dietitian.
ShakeDown supports weight management only as part of a calorie-controlled, varied diet and an active lifestyle. It is not meant to be your only food. If you are an adolescent, pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or want to lose more than 20% of your body weight, speak to a doctor and dietitian before starting.
Results differ from person to person. We make no promise about how much weight anyone will lose.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax unless we say otherwise.
Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the error — we will contact you first.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm your order.
We may decline or cancel an order — if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if payment does not clear, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.
You can pay cash on delivery, by bank transfer, by JazzCash or Easypaisa, or on collection for pickup orders.
For transfers and wallet payments, upload your payment screenshot or enter the reference at checkout. We hold the order until the payment shows up on our side, and we will chase you for it before cancelling.
Cash on delivery means paying the courier in full at the door. If you cannot pay when the courier arrives, the parcel comes back to us.
Discount codes carry whatever conditions we set for them — a minimum spend, an expiry date, specific products, or a limit on how many times they can be used.
Unless the code says otherwise, one code applies per order. We may withdraw a code at any time, and we may cancel an order and reverse a discount obtained by abusing a code.
We deliver by courier across Pakistan, usually 2–4 working days. Delivery costs Rs 300, and is free on orders over Rs 5,000.
You can also collect free of charge from C 35, Block C, North Nazimabad, Karachi, Pakistan. We will message you when your order is ready.
Delivery timings are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier, its progress is in their hands — weather, strikes and public holidays all get in the way. We will help you chase a late parcel, but we are not liable for a courier's delay.
Giving us the right address and a reachable phone number is your responsibility. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we will ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, we will put it right. The full terms are on our Return Policy page.
Reviews must be your own honest experience of a product you actually bought. Do not post anything false, abusive, or that belongs to someone else.
We read reviews before publishing and may decline or remove one. By submitting a review you let us publish and display it, with the first name and city you gave, on this site and in our marketing.
The ShakeDown name, logo, product photography, site design and written content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
You may not scrape the site, resell our products as an unauthorised reseller, or interfere with how the site runs.
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are fit to eat, and for the commitments we make on this site.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost earnings, lost time, or a result you hoped for and did not get. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to what you paid for the order in question.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall to the courts at Karachi.
