Return Policy

01We do not accept returns

ShakeDown is a sealed food product. Once a pouch has left us we cannot verify how it has been stored, and we will not resell it to anyone else. So we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot take a pouch back because you changed your mind, did not like the taste, or did not get the result you hoped for.

This applies whether the pouch is opened or unopened. Please order the flavour and size you want — the 60 g trial pouch exists so you can try a flavour before committing to a 300 g one.

02If something is wrong with your order

That is a different thing, and we will sort it out. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives:

• Damaged, split or leaking.
• The wrong flavour, the wrong size, or the wrong product.
• Missing an item you paid for.
• Past its best-before date on arrival.

03How to report it

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 317 2777128, or email info@shakedown.pk, with your order number and photos showing the problem — the pouch, and the shipping box if it was damaged in transit.

Photos matter: they are how we claim against the courier, and they let us fix it without sending anything back and forth. Keep the packaging until we have sorted it out.

Once we agree there is a problem you choose a replacement or a refund. You will not be asked to return the item.

04Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not gone to the courier yet, we can cancel it. Message us as quickly as you can with your order number.

If you had already paid by transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, we refund the full amount. Once the parcel is with the courier it is too late to cancel.

05Refused deliveries

If you refuse a cash-on-delivery parcel or are unreachable when the courier arrives, the parcel comes back to us and the order is cancelled. Nothing is charged to you, but we may ask you to cover delivery up front on future orders.

06How refunds are paid

Refunds go back the way you paid, or by bank transfer if you paid cash on delivery — we will ask for the account details. Expect it within 7 working days of us agreeing the refund. How quickly it lands after that is up to your bank.

Where a delivery charge was paid on an order that was wrong or damaged, we refund that too.

07Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under Pakistani consumer law for goods that are faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
